Purchased a Holy Stone Remote ID. Downloaded the app, followed instructions. The SN # the app is showing is not the same as the SN # on the Remote ID. Off by 3 numbers at the last number of SN. Did all I could, uninstall/reinstall app, blah blah blah. SN #'s still don't match. Sent Holy Stone an email. Waiting on reply. Will update...

App will not connect to RID. Tech support said to uninstall and reinstall app. It still didn't work. The Bluetooth on my phone sees the device, but the app doesn't. I will return for a refund and buy a different brand.

Just unpacked my new drone, installed this app which saw the device before asking me to update it. After the update it will no longer connect. I'm returning the drone back to Amazon and deleting the app. A complete waste of time!
