For a medical adjacent and banking app it works fine. I wish they designed the app with a more mobile focus, -1 star. And lately, about 90% of the time when I open the app I have to close it and reopen it in order to log in, -1 star. But the app does let me do all that I need to do like manage expenses, reimbursements, checking balances and managing transfers to investment accounts. It's just clunky. For the bug issue, I'm using a Google Pixel 8.

New app is poorly designed and difficult to use. It no longer shows a running balance, recent transactions are missing from my activity, pending transactions are incorrect. To find accurate information, you have to click a link which takes you to a screen that was already part of the old app! Also, logging in was a frustrating, multi-step process. Terrible redesign!

The old version was much better. To make any changes, including managing expenses, it loads a laggy, buggy, desktop-sized browser inside the app. The app is slower now and the interface doesn't fit my phone (Pixel 3XL). I have to drag and scroll to reach the sides of the app, but I can't zoom out to make it fill the screen. I would rather just use the browser version on my phone than deal with this app.
