The app has been convenient for me to use and pay balances. We use it only for extended day. No meal accounts or anything. However, it has been force closing anytime I try to pay our invoices. It happens at least 3 times & then will say some kind of error about the app having a bug & not working properly. I have tried to clear cache, uninstall & reinstall. I definitely think the app is broken. Please fix and update!

Nuisance notifications and lies about low funds. Constant notifications saying time to add funds, when there is still plenty in the account. Spam emails. Charges you a maintenance fee quarterly. For security. If we have to pay maintenance, give us some control of the notification settings. You can't turn them off, because what if you run out and don't know? They know that, and take full advantage. I hate this app.

I thought this would be a convenient way to add money to my kid's lunch account, but it's mostly been a headache instead. As another reviewer stated, they charge fees like crazy- it ended up costing me $16.75 to put only $11 in the account! And then it took 2 more days for the money to show in the account, something that is not stated up front but after you pay. And I'm still waiting for charges to show up; the acct summary is about 5 days behind. Not easy, quick, or accurate. 👎
