The last firmware update was July 2017?!?! The adapter no longer works and the phone doesn't even recognize the usonic headphones that came with the phone. This phone is useless. For sprint to repair the port it has to be sent to HTC with a 7 day turn around, at least, because htc won't allow anyone to stock their parts. Phone won't charge and battery dies. Have had u11 for 1 yr. There is no option for me to Uninstall the app and even though it's installed, I can't find it under settings - > apps to alter the Dev settings. First my original u11 headphones just stop working. Now the adapter has after w weeks of use.

Not only is it bad that a person has use an adapter to listen to music but when you don't even support third party products yet you don't keep your overpriced ones in stock and available it makes for a horrible experience. I've had HTC phones way back to the Hero days but now I absolutely hate this phone I just got 2 days ago. There was no adapter in the box so now I can't use one of the most basic functions for a phone.

The app doesn't let you do anything and it doesn't work. It has no controllable settings, and you can't even uninstall or delete it in case you want to try troubleshooting it or attempt to get it to work via a reinstall. It currently displays the latest update as 1.10.... but mine claims to be running 2.0.... which I can't downgrade or remove.
