the photo reading of the test strips is off, as is the "suggested dosage" of chemicals you're supposed to add. when I compare the test strip to the app and to visual comparison on the packaging, nothing is adding up. before I realized the issue with the misread of the test strips, the app told me to add 34 pounds of ph down to fix high alkalinity. I spent over $100 on chemicals to do that, just to spend the next three weeks attempting to fix the pool by spending even more money on chemicals.

awful...just awful... if you're like me, you never really know the true levels of your pool as colors may fall in between...bought these and installed the app for just that reason. I wasted half a bottle of test strips and the app only says analysis unsuccessful...tried on black paper as a background...simply doesn't work. I tried texting the photo to 484123, which is their second option, and never got a response. Never ever will I buy anything from these people...

The strips are great. Taking a picture of your strip to get the correct response for your levels is a joke. My levels will be fine. I'll take a picture it say somethings low shows a completely different color than the strip shows. It's best to just use the back of the bottle. The only thing it's good for is getting the right measurements for your size pool.
