why there is no store as in amazfit band 7. unfortunately, I bought amazfit pop 3S to upgrade my smart watch, but I didn't feel that I upgraded my smart watch at all 😪😫 * There is lag in swiping the screen. * No store to download applications. * There is no font resize, although the screen is large and allows for increased font size.* No atractive watch faces I am very disappointed 😞 I wasted my money and I was capable of buying another brand that had more capabilities than this.

firmware update to version 1.8 keeps failing, tried multiple times. The phone thinks the watch is a device for sound, when I watch videos, sound is playing from the watch. When I try to turn off sound playback on the watch and set it on the phone, it just doesn't work. Only disabling Bluetooth helps.

after the last update the app stopped syncing with the watch, it's been 3 days now since the last syncing with it I need to open the app after doing anything, even stepping a few steps, so it syncs that record, otherwise I lose any progress I do kindly get back to the previous version of the app
