The Smart Health Check App contains all functions that are necessary for a digital test strategy and a sustainable opening concept.
THAT'S WHAT THE APP OFFERS

CARRY OUT YOURSELF TESTS
With the Smart Health Check App, Corona self-tests can be carried out from home, according to instructions and AI-supported, or self-tests under the supervision of trained staff. The self-test under supervision is used in schools, daycare centers and companies and offers a fully digital solution for test recording and certificate issuance.
In addition to the enormous relief, due to the elimination of recording and issuing in paper form, the test can be used as a digital admission ticket on the smartphone of the person being tested for events, restaurants or other activities with access control. In addition, positive cases can be automatically transmitted to the health department.
In the case of school tests, parents, students with their own smartphones, teachers, school management and health authorities can be informed at the same time with one click, depending on whether they are carried out on site at school or at home.
BOOK AND MANAGE TESTS
PCR or antigen rapid test appointments at participating test centers and doctors can be booked, changed or canceled via the app. Test results are conveniently received in the app and can be shown if necessary or forwarded to the Corona warning app.
CERTIFICATES
With the Smart Health Check app, corona vaccinations, negative tests and recovery certificates can be scanned and managed and verified quickly, securely and digitally. The validity of the certificates can currently be checked with the CovPass Check App or CWA.
The app can also be used to store the vaccination protection of other people (e.g. family members). The users of the app decide when and to whom to show their information and data.
Only the official certificates "EU Digitales Covid (Vaccination) Certificate" (QR codes) can be read, which correspond to the European requirements and which are issued step by step by vaccination centers, medical practices and pharmacies.
MANAGE REGISTRATION AND PROFILES
A one-time registration is required to use the app. If this has already been done via the Smart Health Check Portal, the existing profile can be added by scanning the personal QR code. A verification code is sent to the stored e-mail address to verify identity. For minors, the permission of a registered legal guardian is required.
Further profiles can be added, e.g. your own children with their school and daycare profiles or company profiles for employee testing.
Trained testers are assigned a tester profile for carrying out self-tests under supervision, which are recognized as citizen tests. This additional function can be used to carry out series tests at schools, authorities / companies, etc. The tester scans the QR code of the test person and the test subject receives his test result digitally in real time on his smartphone.
SHOW 7-DAY INCIDENCE
The 7-day incidence values can be displayed with the Smart Health Check app. When the location is released, the current Location, as well as the districts within a radius of 100 km are displayed.
The data is determined via the official API of the RKI. The data source is displayed to the users.
Location approval is not required to use the app.
The app is used in Germany.
