First, I am highly experienced with home automation hubs. Here's my summary: Close to zero support from Hubitat. Unable to remotely diagnose issues requiring you to physically reset the hub. Hub has become undependable and despite having their replacement coverage, months have gone by and they have done nothing for me. Avoid this product.

Always logs me out if it loses internet connectivity. Will not reconfigure its connection if losing wifi, and instead a force close and reopen is required to fix the red exclamation point. All various connectivity-usability issues have existed for years, unfortunately, and are not new. Other apps do not grind to a halt, and instead gracefully can switch connections. The app will not work without internet connectivity, it seems, and won't run locally, which is counterintuitive to the product.

I'm ready to kick this thing out. Geofence is a total zero, totally non-functional to the point that I have zero confidence in it's ability to work in any capacity. I drove 10+ miles outside my fence and the app still indicated that I was inside the fence boundary. Samsung Smartthings hits it correctly every time, this thing is a constant failure. Hub also frequently reports "severe load". How can that be when apps are sleeping, waiting for a trigger or scheduled time.
