Really uninspiring. Hubspot on smartphone is a whole fad. I just did a email marketing campaign towards more than forty leads and when I finished, it didn't even seem like I did anything. No activity recorded, I just felt like I was wasting my time. Just like some simulation game or something.

Some aspects are okay to use, others not so much, I wish they had templates for live chat. Let's say someone asks me: Example - Hi, where can i buy the tickets for the X event? And what's the venue? Are there any recommended hotels, etc. 1.) Template - You can purchase the tickets for X event by following the link: "Put link here." 2.) The venue for that event will be: "Google maps link." 3.) Here are the hotels nearest to the event: "Hotel websites.(max 3 links)" 4.) You're welcome!

Just started using the website and its well featured. The real benefit of mobile app for a CRM is the ability to capture the emails, calls, texts and messages automatically and pull it into the customer activity and profile. Unfortunately, Hubspot crashes repeatedly on my phone making it basically useless. I can see that it would be a very useful too potentially, but to do that it need to stay open long enough! Hoping there will be an update that will fix this issue.
