The app and the website platform don't communicate properly. You will be sending an email, then arrive on your desktop, and it shows nowhere. So you are not even sure if your client received your email. The app also doesn't change the status from waiting on us or on contact. Which enhance the confusion if they app actually works properly. Just stay away from the app.

Bilingual functionality with any language other than English is extremely limited. Overall 90% English/U.S. centric, clearly not meant to be used in other countries. Can't keep pics of scanned business cards on file. The database being free is a huge plus, and the basics work - but anything beyond typing a name into a field is subpar: can't enter local language name (eg JP characters for name or address)..

Can't sign in 👎🏼 Upon tapping "sign in with Google" the Hubspot Android app strangely only offers one Google account to sign in with, even if the device is signed into multiple Google accounts. If the Hubspot picks the wrong Google account (as it did for me), there's no way to sign in... unlike in Chrome browser, or in the iOS app, where Hubspot correctly asks which Google account to sign in with.
