I recently used the Huddle app to join a badminton game.The concept of connecting people through sports is great, but my experience was disappointing.The main issue was the lack of communication features. After joining the game, there was no way to contact the host — no phone number, chat option, or even basic coordination details. I reached the location but had no idea who I was supposed to play with.For an app built around group proper communication between hosts and participants is essential.

Booked a badminton slot for me and my 7 yr old kid... There was a cat sleeping on one side of the court the whole time and no one to help us out. the customer care said that they will reply after 24 hrs... Then they closed the ticket by just saying sorry. Useless customer service. only here to facilitate the venue owners to earn money. no support for the spenders.

Resorting to dark patterns by adding insurance cover by default. Unethical at best, illegal at worst. insurance products can't be cross sold like this. Taking undue advantage of customers.
