When I initially purchased this camera, there were no ads, then ads started to appear at the bottom of the app, I said okay cool. Now, if you hear something outside and you run to the app to see whats happening, you have to watch at least 2-3 ads 1st, that takes up the entire screen before you can do anything, you can’t click off the Ads or anything, you have to wait until all the ADs are played 1st before you can do anything. No person alert on the new update, this always happens when they release an update. Keep getting, "The device is offline." EVERYTHING is working, just not the camera. I hate updating the app because then there's another newer problem. There shouldn't be (ANY) advertisements on your security system. That's not right at all. If you want to check who's on your property, you need to wait for a 30-second ad, and then you can see once the person is already stealing your stuff.

Video and sound quality isn't great. It's really hard to speak or listen to others. Trying to carry on a conversation with someone is almost impossible. The lag is terrible. The camera just glitches a lot. If you move it a certain way, the camera will automatically turn itself all the way around to the back side. When I am trying to turn to see specific area, especially trying to zoom in, the camera really seems to freak out and go all the way to top or back. I don't like this camera.
