Edit:- stupid app and stupid customer support I got reply from app devs to contact them on mail I told them about my problem has been a week and no response. Totally useless app ordered multiple items but never got delivered but still shows billed and in customer support there is no option to talk to customer care and in Distributor Details SHYAM TRADERS there is no number given only +91, would not recommend the app to anyone totally useless you'll never get to product totally scammers

Very poor service! My first order got cancelled without reason, and the second one has been pending for over a month with no update. I haven’t paid yet, but this kind of delay is unacceptable. Please improve your serices

(⭐ 1 Star – Terrible App & Zero Customer Support) Shikhar app has extremely poor performance and is full of issues. The app is slow, unreliable, and badly managed. Customer service is almost non-existent—complaints are ignored, follow-ups never happen, and there is no proper support system. The overall experience shows lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect toward users. Very disappointing service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this app.
