The humanforce Classic app is being retired and replaced in 2025 by the new Humanforce Work app. The new app is now live and available to download on this page. Log in credentials are the same as in the Humanforce Classic app.

Humanforce Work is our newly enhanced mobile experience, covering all of your manager and employee roster and shift-driven needs.

The Humanforce Work app enables employees / end-users to:

• See your schedule including rosters, blackouts periods, leave and public holidays
• Clock in and out, view your timesheets and payslips
• Manage leave and availability
• Bid on and accept Shift Offers
• View and manage Notifications
• View Notice boards
• Update personal employment details

Work enables employers / Admins and managers to:

• Authorise timesheets
• Approve leave
• Manage attendance
• Offer shifts
· Share important notifications

In addition to the smart new features above, Humanforce Work provides enhanced performance, a beautifully redesigned user interface (UI), improved roster management and the ultimate place to stay on top of your work schedule. Before using Humanforce Work, please check with the Humanforce Administrator at your company whether this is the app they prefer you to use.

Ratings and reviews

Please consider implementing a dark mode for this app as it is much needed. Currently, the status bar is white and the icons are also light, which makes them hard to see and results in a poor visual experience. Ideally, the status bar should either be dark with light icons or light with dark icons for better contrast. I haven't noticed this issue in other apps so it would be great if this could be improved in a future update.

Absolutely hopeless. Am a casual shift worker & shifts are posted in the chat. It is NOT android friendly so it does not give notifications of chat messages unless I have the app open & am physically staring at it. Apparently they wrote a fix in the update but that has not worked. Help desk keeps asking the same questions until they drive you insane/or you give up. Have missed out on numerous shifts. Stay away/choose something else

The Human Force application is completely impractical and unreliable. It works only when it wants to, with no consistency at all. The number of errors is unacceptable, often creating serious problems with clocking in and out of work. Instead of simplifying processes, it causes frustration and unnecessary stress. Definitely not recommended. Score: -10.

What’s new

Work App v1.28 brings a new home screen clocking widget, so you can see your clocking status and next shift at a glance and tap to clock in or out. Switching between companies is now available on the home screen, managers can view timesheet attachments on the authorisation card, and single sign-on users are guided correctly through the forgot password flow. This release also resolves issues across login, leave, timesheets, clocking and notifications.
