Not very user friendly or intuitive. Does not allow for browsing the menu after adding items to your cart, because if you hit the back button from inside a category without adding something new, it just takes you back to the "start new order" screen. if you accidentally hit "check out" there is no way to go back and add something you may have forgotten. Love the concept of an app for ordering, but this needs work.

Twice now I have gotten an app notification about a 20% off coupon, and it says to click here or enter a code that can't be read due to the length of the notification. Once you click on it, the App opens and it says "no coupon found". The app notification is then gone, and you couldn't read the code when it was there anyway, so you have to pick a much smaller coupon under Deals in the app. I ordered both times anyway, but next time this happens I probably won't. Not sure what the problem is.

When trying to check out it continually spins, never reaches the page to enter payment info. The webpage that says "do not use this link unless you're on a computer" works much better, even though I'm using my phone and the site supposedly doesn't work for devices... Also, even if it worked properly, the app doesn't allow you to sign in using FB credentials, which is how I originally created my account. The website does allow for login with FB.
