Ratings and reviews

Not very user friendly or intuitive. Does not allow for browsing the menu after adding items to your cart, because if you hit the back button from inside a category without adding something new, it just takes you back to the "start new order" screen. if you accidentally hit "check out" there is no way to go back and add something you may have forgotten. Love the concept of an app for ordering, but this needs work.

Twice now I have gotten an app notification about a 20% off coupon, and it says to click here or enter a code that can't be read due to the length of the notification. Once you click on it, the App opens and it says "no coupon found". The app notification is then gone, and you couldn't read the code when it was there anyway, so you have to pick a much smaller coupon under Deals in the app. I ordered both times anyway, but next time this happens I probably won't. Not sure what the problem is.

Clunky app. If you hit back button on your phone, it starts the order over from the beginning. No description of what the "famous cleveland crimp" actually is. If you call to order, you get a recording telling you to use the app, not very convenient if you are driving. Love the pizza, but you get the feeling they don't want you to order from them.
