Mostly easy to use, but beware of the back button on your phone. Only use the one on the app or it cancels your whole process. Also, I encountered the occasional error, that's why 3 stars. For one, I couldn't login with my VPN active. Another example was when I tried to click delivery after starting an order. I gather the app cant do that, canceling the order and starting over fixed the problem, but say that that is the issue instead of giving a generic error code if that is the case.

App works well enough, but there's not much reason to use it over the website. Payment fields don't use a standard API, so I have to enter card details every time. The whole thing just feels like it's done by a cheap, amateurish developer with little care for quality details or polish. But I get delicious pizza in the end, so at least there's that, I guess. TL;DR: Barro's is good, app is meh.

Honestly, just as good as the apps for all other pizza chains and better than trying to order pizza from Uber Eats half the time (depending on the restaurant). Everyrhing you could ask for for pizza ordering to make even the most difficult special order covered. Area for extra sauce, sides, ordering extra crispy or well done. Looks like they included everything and that is coming from someone that is particular when it comes to ordering. Been waiting a long time to be able to order online for Barro's, and it was worth the wait.
