Ratings and reviews

Good app if you are connected to Mobile data. Where I use my chainsaw there is no cell coverage. The operating manual requires connection to the Internet. I cannot look anything up in the manual on the job site.

Mediocre experience. App is easy to get set up and love the QR code to find product. Parts options are very basic, and they do not even provide filter options. I also can not access the operator's manual. It says no permission to use storage, but in app permissions, all permissions are granted. Finally, explainer videos were great. I just wish there were more on set-up and tunning.

They list a 800 number, but you can't reach anyone to ask a question. Everything can't be answered via messages.
