Mediocre experience. App is easy to get set up and love the QR code to find product. Parts options are very basic, and they do not even provide filter options. I also can not access the operator's manual. It says no permission to use storage, but in app permissions, all permissions are granted. Finally, explainer videos were great. I just wish there were more on set-up and tunning.

Useless app. Installed it, scanned the code and got "not supported". Tried entering it manual using the serial number, and the continue button is greyed out. My guess is they hired a developer for the app, then once it was complete, stopped pay them and no longer maintain their app. Typical good idea, with a corporate (aka braindead) implementation.

It's nice to have the manual on hand, but that's about all the app is good for. I was hoping it would make it easier to find parts. But the app just takes you to their website homepage when you click to buy a part online. Making the app pretty useless for me, since I'm just searching the parts on the website anyway. And I have downloaded the manual online, so honestly can't think of one reason to keep this app.
