Long time user here. The app doesn't work correctly. It will NOT go to the proper temperature that you set and the app is always 5-6 degrees behind the temp shown on the outside panel. If you set the sauna for 185 the sauna will keep increasing past 185! It is pointless. Huum is aware of this issue but refuses to fix it. It's been over a year since I emailed them and they aren't doing anything.

My sauna is connected to my wifi and the app says it is connected to my sauna. I can't get it to start up remotely and the Sauna tab in the app shows a grayed out no wifi connection symbol with no way to connect. The update still didn't fix the problem.

this is the worst bit of tech. especially considering the cost of the unit. I have reached out for support dozens of times - it takes days, sometimes weeks, for someone to reply, and rarely has it been helpful.
