Camera works great, however beyond that the experience is confusing ie it's never sent a notification, spot light doesn't come on automatically, and the cloud subscription the app isn't helpful at all with any of those. also if there's a feature to have the camera working in the background I've been unable to find it.

I have been using the three link camera app for a while now and I'm genuinely impressed they set up process was quick and straightforward and connecting my cameras to just a few minutes the app interface is clean user-friendly and easy to navigate even for someone who isn't super tech savvy the live streaming quality is excellent with clear video is smooth playback! I also love the instant motion alerts they give me peace of mind knowing I'll be notified right away if anything happens!

the camera may be okay but with this app you will never know. until the app is updated or you enjoy returning products to Amazon avoid this camera and app. I have installed security cameras for many years. ip cameras ccv but never encountered one where the app hangs and doesn't recognize the device after numerous installs. don't waste an hour only to box it up for return.
