Garbage. This app is a waste of time. I installed it to watch the Bowie tribute concert and cast to chromecast. I tested the app and it worked great. However it would not cast to chromecast when the live concert started. I then tried to mirror the Phone to chromecast and watch the live concert. The sound qaulity was TERRIBLE. The sound kept cutting out. It was unwatchable. This app is a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!

Sorry you had a bad time Gary. We monitor the show on multiple devices and watched a perfect show, it sounds like maybe there was an issue with Chromecast. I'd encourage you to check the archive out today and see if it's better for some reason. Hope that helps, our support teams are always here for you on support@hyfi.com.

No support. Shoddy instructions. Slow to load. App on firestick laggy with overlapping graphics so scrolling content is hidden behind still ads (previews). Took over 45 min for stream to begin. Sound and video not synced. Concert was rescheduled due to Covid even though each artist was prerecorded. Would not recommend. I e-mailed HYFI support at 9:04 a.m. ET today 1/10/2021. I am a customer as of 1/8/2021.

Hi Katie - I do not see where you emailed or messaged our support team. I also don't see you as a HYFI customer - perhaps you meant to review Rolling Live? We do not have any ads inside our app or on our website.

Doesn't Cast. It gets stuck on a constant loop and never plays the video. I tried Casting on 2 different devices and same thing.
