I have AT&T MOBILE SECURITY & PROTECT PLUS. NONE OF THE CUSTOM CONTROLS WORK. EVERY MONTH I have to contact AT&T, regarding the problem. The app locks up and freeze's up in buffering.. The app is easy to use, if you can get it to work. Can anyone help me with the service. I'm thinking about going with another security, if the problem can't be resolved.

Considering AT&T is a paid service is paid service, you'd think a lot of the call filtering ought to come with the package. This app allows you to pay $4/monthly for additional services, like filtering. Considering this fact, it is amazing how incredibly buggy it is. I'd think, as a Company, I'd want the app to be rock solid so the customer doesn't feel shafted. This isn't the case. Logs don't update well. Blocked number display as unblocked after tagging. It doesn't integrate well w Android 12.

The worse Active Armor advanced app. Call protection was working just fine. I've called AT&T twice since downloading the app. I get more spam calls. It's not monitoring anything. Even though it's showing inactive on my end, AT&T assured me my phone is being protected on their end. I've been frustrated with AT&T since I made the switch a year ago. Just keeps getting worse.

Did you go into the app and update your nuisance call settings to set the calls how you want them to be treated? You can set the to be blocked, go to Voicemail, or allow and you can also set them by category like telemarketer, political etc.
