HyperWhale is an ocean runner. Guide a whale across 5 swim lanes, surface for air, and chase fish through ships, jellyfish, and coral. Plays offline, runs on phone or tablet, no Wi-Fi needed.
The ocean runner loop
You start at the surface with full air. Drop a lane to grab a fish, drop another to thread through an obstacle. Stay under too long and the air bar drains, come up for a breath and you are back. The deeper you sit, the more you score, and the closer you push to empty.
Two ways to play
- Endless: one ocean, ramping speed, run until the air runs out
- Ocean Journey: three themed missions, each a 20,000 distance run with its own creatures, obstacles, and water
Missions in Ocean Journey
- Coastal Waters: clownfish, krill, and shrimp through ships, jellyfish, and coral
- Open Ocean: angelfish, squid, and tuna past sailboats, blowfish, and seaweed
- Arctic Depths: a darker, quieter run through glaciers, anglerfish, and sunken peaks
Power-ups, combos, and near misses
A four-slot inventory holds power-ups you collect along the run. Eat fish back-to-back to stack a combo and lift each pickup. Brush past an obstacle without hitting and the near miss adds to a separate bonus that pays at the end of the run.

How a round goes
- Tap a lane to swim up or down
- Eat fish for points, brush obstacles for the near-miss bonus
- Surface to refill the air bar
- Chain pickups for a combo, trigger a power-up when you need it
- Run until the air runs out, then bank the score
A runner for the bus ride home, the pre-sleep wind-down, or the spare ten minutes between meetings. Tap a lane, surface for air, dive again. Nothing rushes you outside the run, nothing locks behind a paywall, nothing pings you at midnight.
