I thought the app worked as expected. I downloaded the app and when I ran it it asked me to create an account which was fine. Then tried to connect and it found my venom 2 back unit with no problem and it handled the pairing with the device and just seemed to work the way I expected. I was able to control the unit and see power status. so again seems fine. When I closed the app and reopened, I had to reconnect which paused the venom operation but could easily resume it from the app. All good.

This app needs work. It losses connection to the device if you navigate away for a few mins. Shows useage scores but doesn't really explain them or provide a way to manage them. Great concepts but needs some talented engineers to get this to be a useful app/tool. I don't see where it suggests routines that are specific to what my body needs based on my workouts. There's no real instructions, etc. Seems someone wanted to get an app out the door without much thought behind it.

The device is great, the app, not so much. I purchased this for my knee, and it is great. The app, on the other hand, does not track my sessions; it sometimes stops before the session is over, and yes, I've reached out to customer support, which was definitely NOT helpful and painful. It doesn't matter if I've charged it all day or if it is plugged in; the device will sporadically stop during sessions. It doesn't track my usage so that my home screen doesn't have that input. Hopefully it improve
