I love my SaunaBox and use it often. But the app will not work regardless of how many different ways I try to troubleshoot it. As the issue stands, the app does not seem to think it has bluetooth permissions or "Nearby device" permissions with my android. I have given permissions, toggled them on and off a few times hoping for a change, but it wont work. I reached out via email to customer support and they said "Go to settings and toggle on permissions". I stated in my inquiry I did... Good luck

Doesn't work tried everything it would be nice if they fixed it. Love my Pulse Pro wish I could say the same for the App.

Great difficulty making it work. Now it stopped working altogether. Useless! Going manual!
