Ratings and reviews

App keeps on hanging and closes. Not able to add in cart, login issues. Ordered only once 2 weeks back, now trying to order since last 2 days, but app is very laggy and non-responsive. So I'm doubtful that they sell genuine products, because they can't even manage the app, how they can manage quality of the products they selling. Avoid ordering.

On account of payment issue and you payment is not processed, they don't initiate refund from their end. It is you who have to enquire for your money ask them to refund it and still for over 10-15 days no money is credited to your account. I have called them like 5-6 times already and it has been 2 weeks for me.. I haven't received my money back yet. And when I complain to them they put me on long hold.

I have placed an order for the first time it was nice. But for the second time it is really terrible with delivery partner. They didn't delivery the product and said I have rejected the order and keep on sending messages "out for delivery" and delivery failed.
