Very disappointing experience. The app showed an earlier delivery date when I placed the order, but later extended it by 5–6 more days. There is no option to cancel the order after shipping, even though the delay is from their side. Customer support is also unreachable, as calls are always busy and no one responds. I am in Bangalore, but the product is being shipped from Delhi, while the same item is available locally through quick-commerce platforms. Poor service and poor customer support.

I’m extremely disappointed. Their app stated orders could be cancelled until picked from the warehouse. Yet, when I tried to cancel an unpicked order, I was told it must be done within an hour. Customer service then promised a "cancellation code" to give the delivery agent, but it never arrived. The product was delivered, and now they are ignoring my messages. This lack of transparency and broken promises is a major red flag. I won't be ordering again. Already sent the email and now return

I recently had the worst experience, ordered 2 products, one was delivered right, the other one was the wrong product (that too only packet received). wrong product also didn't had the the product inside it. and to make the situation worse, return request was rejected on the basis that they (hyugalife) is saying product is rightly delivered. if the product had been rightly delivered why would I have complained in the first place. scammed for the first time. initially hyuga was good, now not.
