Very disappointing experience. My OTP-based order was marked as delivered without anyone asking for the OTP, and I never received it. It was my office tiffin, so I had to face unnecessary inconvenience and wasted my time following up with support. This isn't about the ₹11 offer—it's about trust and accountability. Either deliver the order properly or refund and compensate customers. Poor delivery process and poor customer service.

I placed a prepaid order through the Meevaa section on Zapfresh at 12:42 PM on 27 July 2026. My delivery slot was 2:00–3:00 PM, but even after waiting until 7:30 PM, my order never arrived. I contacted customer support twice, and they assured me the order would be delivered by 4:00–5:00 PM. However, there was no delivery, and the delivery person ignored my calls. After calling 5–6 times, he finally answered and said the item was out of stock and asked me to cancel the order. refund my money.

why it is not showing earlier that it is not available on my location. I ordered food by prepaid . One hour later your staff called me that it is not available on my location. 2 hours have passed and I am still waiting for my refund amount.
