• Keep a folder in your own Google Drive (Pro) and it opens on your other devices, across platforms. hYYa encrypts the folder on this device. Only encrypted files are uploaded.
• Also syncs with the iPhone, iPad and Mac app through your own Google Drive.
• No hYYa sign-up, no email, no ads.


REAL ENCRYPTION, NOT A DISGUISE

• True AES-256 encryption. Not just a hidden folder or a passcode screen.
• hYYa asks for your fingerprint or screen lock before it opens anything. Google Drive only ever holds your files encrypted.
• Files are encrypted the moment they go in.
• File names inside are encrypted too. Google Drive can see the folder's name, how many files it holds and their sizes and dates, never what is inside.
• Scan a document straight in. It goes from the camera into the encrypted folder and never touches your gallery.
• Add photos and videos with Android's photo picker. hYYa sees only what you pick. To remove the originals, delete them in your gallery.


MANAGE WITH CONFIDENCE

• Recovery Key — create one key that opens all your folders if you forget your passphrase.
• Recently Deleted — undo mistakes. Recover deleted files and folders for 30 days.
• Verify — confirm every file in a folder still opens.

• Open every folder with one check: your fingerprint or your screen lock.
• Lock the instant you're done, or let Auto-Lock (Pro) do it after a period of inactivity.
• Lock everything the moment you leave the app. An open folder stays out of screenshots and recent apps.

BEFORE YOU START

There is no hYYa account and no password reset, so make a recovery key and keep it somewhere safe. Without it, if this device loses its copy of a folder's key, nothing can open that folder, not even us.


YOUR PRIVACY

No analytics of our own, no account system, and hYYa runs no server of its own. hYYa connects to Google for three things you choose: Google Play's billing system for the Pro purchase, your own Google Drive if you turn on sync, and Google's document scanner when you scan a page. The scanner works on this device and does not send your scan to Google. It sends Google technical data about its own use, such as the device model and a device identifier. For Google Play accounts in the United States and Brazil, where new laws ask apps to check age, hYYa asks Google Play for your age range each time it opens. hYYa does not store it or send it anywhere. Nothing of yours is ever sent to us.
