Worse service in modern history. Randomly stops payments with no way within the app to make payments which leaves the client without service. If you try to reach the company it is impossible. Additionally, the doorbell constantly drops "offline" and has to have power cut, then reconnected to reestablish connection. But the biggest issue is twice now I randomly had automatic payments cut and service dropped with no way to make a payment. It is unsafe and unreliable. My suggestion; go with Ring.

Got the security light with the camera. I like the light. It's very bright and runs great, when the camera runs that is. Lately any little thing, wind, rain, etc it shuts down and it takes alot of time to get it running again. I was testing it out before I purchased more of them and using the plan that you must pay fot to get any options other than a still picture that's slow. I never catch what sets it off. I will stick with my WYZE cameras.

App takes too long to open the live video stream. In many cases it fails to open the video. When it does work , it has great video quality. In response to the tech support person. I moved my router to the center of my house and added 2 extenders, one at each end. My device is within 50 feet of the extender. That's when I reported the issue. In the video frame, when it works, shows 96% Update: 5/6/20: I replaced the extender closest to the camera and it now functions well. No more delays.

Hello Ray, It looks like you're having Wi-Fi signal strength issues. Please move your Wi-Fi router closer to the device or get a Wi-Fi extender.
