Seems the latest versions and some configuration might have changed. Based on a lot of similar reviews and what I am experiencing is that the DVR fails to connect to the default cloud server causing remote viewing issues on the mobile app. For those who are interested, the workaround is to connect directly to the DVR bypassing the cloud server. It requires some port forwarding and DNS host registration. Now, I am no expert in networking so I do not know the security vulnerabilities, if any.

It worked great for almost 3 years... Bought a 4 set camera unit on Feb 2023 and was very happy with the purchase. But now the mobile app version is not working anymore. And according to the reviews Im not the only one. The original Sansco is not even available anymore on Amazon so Im assuming they either went under or just not supporting this old version. No number to call, no way to contact anybody for help. customer service is non existent.

When it works it good on s pc it's works nice but the app needs alot of work! I have to keep re adding each camera all the time. If I try to check in while away and can't because none of my cameras are showing up. It's tells me there's no cameras listed. I need something reliable while away! Fix the issues so I can feel safe and know my home is safe when I'm away!
