It worked great for almost 3 years... Bought a 4 set camera unit on Feb 2023 and was very happy with the purchase. But now the mobile app version is not working anymore. And according to the reviews Im not the only one. The original Sansco is not even available anymore on Amazon so Im assuming they either went under or just not supporting this old version. No number to call, no way to contact anybody for help. customer service is non existent.

you need to Do upgrade your application much more professional like your layout is cutting in the Tablet you need to improve that and you need to give HD button to open all camera in HD mode don't want to set manually each and also need to improve user interface soft

App has completely stopped working on all devices. can't even log in or create a new account. I now have a useless bunch of cctv cameras.
