I kept getting the error message "General Processing Error" while signing up. Fingerprint login works less than half the time. It is not compatible with password managers, so you have to use a simple password that's easy to hack. It took several days after adding my bank account before it would let me transfer to it. It will not let me transfer some of my balance the bank account, it only lets me to transfer the entire balance.

Garbage app. Can't even register the card. Says information is not correct. I can call the number and access everything, get my balance, etc with no issues with the same information. I called the support number and the dude said I was putting in my DOB in the wrong order. Tried to explain there is no way to enter my dob in any other order. He tried to tell me to try another browser, lol. I had to tell him again that it was the app, not on a browser, then he hung up on me. What a joke.

Initially the app worked great and I could open to see my balance. Randomly it started glitching, after I log in I get a blank screen that shows me nothing. I've deleted and redownload the app, restarted my phone, and even tried logging on from my browser which has it's own problems. Now I have to call everytime I want to check the balance. There's a lot that needs to be worked out with this app.
