Memori-Note functions exactly as described. it's fast, beautiful, and lightweight. All functions are clearly explained and are directly related to note taking. There's no fluff here. You can back up everything and easily restore it all. There are no ads, even in the free version. The premium options are more than fairly priced. I bought it five minutes after using the free version. The developers are quickly responsive and courteous. They listen! You won't be disappointed. Get it.

For The paid version: The app helps in grouping notes of ideas come up at different times, it allows assigning a note to any group or groups you've created or even creating a new group for the idea come up, you can change them as you like, very flexible. Also, recently I've got a new phone, all the notes as well as the groupings can be exported to the new phone via Google drive easily, though have to re-arrange some of the group's sequence.

I absolutely love this app but they recently added adds but they're not that bad. you're expected to spend money for add free or certain features. but it doesn't save your progress if you're exited or kicked.

Multi-select notes by long pressing, improved note actions bar (archive, delete, pin), export notes as .txt files. Bug fixes: snackbar timing on archive/delete, scroll freeze when all notes deleted, crash when rapidly restoring deleted notes.
