app is a piece of garbage and extremely unreliable. Every single time I use it, there would be multiple times in a single call where in the middle of a conversation it just goes completely silent or static noises, where i cant hear the person, the person cant hear me, or both. This happens on both wifi and data. It happens with or without speaker mode (which by the way never works), and with or without headphone. Overall this app is complete garbage and unusable.

Wonderful!! Had it since 2008, and it works the treat. I call my family in Canada every day from China. Connection is usually crystal clear. We us the mobile app so we don't even need to hook up the equipment. Bonus. Trouble trying to get the answering service to work would be the only issue we have experienced.

My landline migration from Bell to iTalkBB was a smooth experience. It took about 2 and a half calendar weeks end to end. Hardware installation was straight-forward and the hardware works as intended.
