IAA Tow is a mobile dispatch solution designed to assist IAA’s network of tow-operator partners. The app receives notifications when vehicles are dispatched to tow operators and allows the driver to record when the tow assignment vehicle has been picked up and the delivery of the vehicle has been completed.

horrible, this app won't let me type in my email or password. It fills automatically

App logs you out 4 times a day. Very annoying. Over kill on security. App has 0 information to steal. You must press a button 5 times to take one photo. You must take 6 photos of each vehicle plus one of the receipt. That's 35 times to take 7 photos. Nice work.

Still needs a way to remain logged in for more than a few hours and to make it so images taken in the app aren't saved to the device Edit: 3 months later. We get an update yet ALL PICTURES ARE STILL SAVING TO OUR DEVICES. FIX THIS PLEASE. It's now September and the app developers have yet to reapond to multiple emails regarding this issue. I'd rather just fill out the old paperwork like we did for years because we didn't have to rely on a 3rd party app developer that refuses to respond.
