Ratings and reviews

Terrible app. Extremely frustrating experience to use. All my other apps for car rental, hotels, flights will keep you logged in, but this one will not. It constantly lags or resets. Also, booking with Hertz points is not possible on the app. It has a spot where you can get linked to a web page to book with points. Right now I'm working on trying to update payment info and the app is a huge hassle trying to even change that. Edit: Tried using again and it just makes me mad. Infuriating.

Frustrated. The app no longer opens. I get the Hertz splash screen, then nothing. I am renting cars all of the time in my business travels, and this app has gotten worse over the years. I have to default to using the web page, and it's not very mobile phone friendly. Get good developers and fix the app!

Every time I try to exit the app, I get a pop-up asking if I want to discard my reservation, and I can't leave the app without discarding my reservation. The only way I can close it is by forcing it to stop. I'm not getting any receipts emailed. When I try to view them on the app it says no pdf reader app installed, which is untrue. I'm tired of having to login on the website every time I need a receipt. The only help offered on this app is phone numbers to call. 6 months and still no response.
