Ratings and reviews

Worthless. It forgets your current rental if you do an extension, and the extending process almost never works, which forces me to speak with a robot that never understands my name and I have to repeat myself several times before it gives up and puts me on hold for a real person. It should take three clicks and already know my reservation number without having to search my email for it first. It gives inaccurate error messages while paying, making it harder to troubleshoot issues.

Easy to use but wicked company. I have been a consistent user and just booking without much consideration and collecting rewards to use for later. Those rewards are useless and I cant find any available cars for their use. Recently they send me a damage bill and upon requesting more information they canceled the bill. Tells a lot about the system.

No idea what has happened. I don't receive points any more. I spoke with CS and they saw the issue and awarded me the points I was missing. Now magically they are gone again. I can't check in through the app any more. Even though I get three separate reminders to check in. I should really consider going somewhere thar appreciates the 15k a year my company spends with them.
