I've encountered so many issues with this app. Regularly freezes on me or logs me out without being able to get back in unless I completely uninstall and reinstall the app and redo all the settings. This has been the 8th time in 2 months. Phone and App are up to date always and it's incredibly frustrating to be locked out of my building/apartment due to the app.

One of the worst apps I've ever dealt with. The dang thing rarely works and ever since this latest update, it doesn't bother loading at all. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if I learn they started "vibe coding" these updates and most of the app. Naturally it's good riddens along with headache when I move from this apartment. Will not rent from any place that uses this.

I am having the same issue that many others are having in the last few days. Clearly the canned response "Hi! Try updating to the latest version. I think your problem will be fixed :)" is not helpful! Many have said they have uninstalled and reinstalled and the app is still not working! What is the latest version? I uninstalled and downloaded what I assume is the latest version (1.65.0) from the Google Play Store and the app still does not work. You all need to do better and fix this!
