I don't know what is happening with our hardware connected to this app. Our AC comes on at random times despite me having the program set to off. It changes what we have the temperature set to when it it's on. The screen comes on randomly for no reason all the time. It's creepy. I hate knowing there's a camera and microphone in our thermostat and it's obviously not functioning properly. The app effectively is useless, with less than basic programming options.

Whatever you did with the most recent update on 10.2.24 has rendered the app completely inoperable. Unable to even open it without it crashing. Samsung S24+ and the app was working right up until this week's update. 10.6.24: Today's update fixed the constant crashing - Thank you! Still have issues with the thermostat generating its own heat, which skews the temperature readings, so I can only give 3 stars, but the door code access functions well.

Sad to see that you won't be integrating this into Google Home. Been using it for years now and don't have any desire to add Alexa to my home automation. The app does not allow for a/c scheduling temps below 71°. Too bad this is a mandatory "smart" feature with my complex. There are much better programs and companies out there that integrat with all the home automations available.
