About this app

Set your wake up time and plan your day in advance. The application will automatically schedule 5-6 meals during the day and you can always change the schedule. Between meals the application will remind to drink water.

Exactly what I was looking for! I found it very easy to use, and like that you set templates and also change meal times for individual days. Really like that weight tracking is a toggle option, and that app focuses on eating enough meals rather than calorie counting. Only thing I would change is in the graph seeing a percentage for meals as well as water intake, but that is a minor thing! Wonderful app!

Not really user friendly. Have to figure out on your own how to do anything. It tracks food and water intake and sends reminders to eat and drink perfectly. However it does not allow you to change amount of intake. Example, I would like to add 4oz of water every 30 mins but it o ly allows me to add 1.6 ozof water at a time. There is a place to change it but every time I have tried to change it gives me error codes.

Pretty nice and usable overall, but I've yet to find a way to permanently adjust the meal start times-- more of a minor annoyance than anything else because you can still enter your meal and it shows up as late, but it'd be nice to be able to tailor it a bit more. Additional suggestion: adding what type or size of meals you ate/intend to eat?

Hello, Kate. Thank you for your response and rate. We are very glad to help you. You can edit your everyday wake up time in Menu - Alarm clock. A meal which is within an hour of a scheduled meal (or in an hour before the planned meal) replaces the planned meal and stands on it's place in the schedule.
