its been 15 days we are not getting notifications alert of any messages sent by school.. Even after updating app , clearing cache & even after complaining so many times through E-mail...no action is taken yet..it's really frustrating to open & check for messages from school every half n hour so that we do not miss any important message. I request Ryan portal app to solve this issue as soon as possible.

Major Problem! Today when I was opening the app, it was saying that my account has been log out, and no one had done that, it did it by itself. And when I enter the password it says it is incorrect but when I open my password history, it says the password is correct, and when I ask for OTP, I don't get any. REALLY FRUSTRATING!

This app doesn't provide OTP very easily to the phone number which is registered ..otherwise it's working very nicely all the messages are appearing on the time but OTP and registration process is a little bit difficult that's why I gave 4 Stars, also the update part every 2nd day it's asking for the update
