its been 15 days we are not getting notifications alert of any messages sent by school.. Even after updating app , clearing cache & even after complaining so many times through E-mail...no action is taken yet..it's really frustrating to open & check for messages from school every half n hour so that we do not miss any important message. I request Ryan portal app to solve this issue as soon as possible.

Major Problem! Today when I was opening the app, it was saying that my account has been log out, and no one had done that, it did it by itself. And when I enter the password it says it is incorrect but when I open my password history, it says the password is correct, and when I ask for OTP, I don't get any. REALLY FRUSTRATING!

too slow app ☹️ ,does not show all the things that is mentioned , logs out anytime, after updating the app so many times it doesn't work at all. I wanted to give 0 stars but it is not allowing that's why I gave 1 ⭐. And at least we have to update 10-15 times a month
