The app seems to be revised from last year and in my opinion is no longer user-friendly. I can't find the ability to filter just the women's singles vs having to scroll through all active matches to get to what I want. I can filter the favorites but cannot filter men's singles from women's. I can only separate men's and women's for completed events. The entire navigation is more cumbersome so I uninstalled it

This app is awesome! Not only did it help me figure out where and when I needed to be when I attended the event in person, but it helped when I went home too. It announced the match start and winners one-time and accurately, and the 3D game feature was a life saver when I couldn't stream a game. I also liked being able to learn about player stats and backgrounds.

It really is terrible. Schedules are broken. Hard to plan your day if you're at the site -- the schedule is hard to read, updates slowly, and is quite frankly frustrating to use. It boggles my mind that water costs $9 a bottle at the Open (I kid you not) but they spent maybe $25 to build this app? I expect more, considering what an awesome experience the Open itself is!
