I do not recommend! The videos of highlights and press conferences which I seek hardly play even with my speedy internet. It's even harder trying to scroll down a news column. So, I better stick to your website.
Hard to access information Can't access match stats from the home screen. Can't access player info/bio from the Scores section. Overall feels like ads and access to ESPN is prioritized, placing actual tennis experience on the back seat.
Worst Major App Ever This app is horrible. We care more about seeinf the matches and being able to drill down into the matches than seeing the blog post. FIX this app
Dated The IBM tournament app used to be top notch, but now it desperately needs some love. The menu button target is too small and barely works. The schedule scrolling is slow, unresponsive and jerky, as well as being poorly laid out. The draws should be presented in graphical manner, preferably a two-dimensional scrolling and zooming tree. Too few of the layouts are tablet optimised.
Slow and buggy Refresh is slow. Menu doesn't always work. Open Access is clearly a last minute addon that doesn't work well with the rest of the app. Can't get between the two easily. You only have to update the app once a year. Try to get better execution next year. The mobile website sometimes works better.
Please fix the Menu button The button is not responsive, it has to be pressed 10 times to get it work. Same problem on 2 different phones (Note 4 and S4).
