That's a bad explanation. I ordered on August 20th, today is the 24th, the order has not arrived yet, it was said to be out of delivery two days ago, but even after two days today, the delivery has not yet arrived, I have never seen such a bad delivery. God knows how many days it will take. The fragrance is good but the delivery condition is really bad.

Worst experience regarding delivery. I've ordered on 6th of September, and it has been 11 days since. The order has been placed, all paid, and yet the shipment hasn't even been handed to the courier. I still haven't received any updates regarding the order. I tried contacting customer service, but nothing works, their WhatsApp doesn't work, you cannot call them, nothing! I cannot even cancel the order now.

very worst customer communication all handle by AI according to my experience avoid by doing anything with the online and there not good in customer care service i thing whatever in 5 star retting is also by AI i thing so
