Worst experience regarding delivery. I've ordered on 6th of September, and it has been 11 days since. The order has been placed, all paid, and yet the shipment hasn't even been handed to the courier. I still haven't received any updates regarding the order. I tried contacting customer service, but nothing works, their WhatsApp doesn't work, you cannot call them, nothing! I cannot even cancel the order now.

Playstore Vs
Extremely poor customer support experience. Email response directs to social media, WhatsApp says number not registered, and customer care calls do not connect at all. Customers are left without any proper support channel. Please fix this issue and ensure there is at least one reliable way to contact your support team

Don't buy any product online due to the reason nobody responded on calls, emails and also social media. I was booked 5 days ago but right now it is an in progress period even though I have not confirmed the product. I visited the store yesterday and explained the things he told me it will take 30 days.
