Worst experience regarding delivery. I've ordered on 6th of September, and it has been 11 days since. The order has been placed, all paid, and yet the shipment hasn't even been handed to the courier. I still haven't received any updates regarding the order. I tried contacting customer service, but nothing works, their WhatsApp doesn't work, you cannot call them, nothing! I cannot even cancel the order now.

I order 3 blue oud on 26 and today is 5 and I am still waiting for my parcel even I am near to Jeddah . I always buy from Deraah they deliver order within 3 days From Riyadh to Jeddah and. So you guys has zaro management I try to contact on watsap insta and many times call Centre but no one is responding. It will be my last order sham on you ibraq

The products are very nice, but the delivery system and customer service are poor. Delivery took 7–8 days instead of the promised 3–4 days, and responses from customer support were slow and unsatisfactory.
