What’s new

Fixes the map. It was showing "API key required" instead of streets — it now
draws properly on OpenStreetMap, with your runs pinned by sport.

Also in this build: teams and tactics boards for any run or group chat, a
scoreboard with a real buzzer and a win tally in chat, and keyboard and layout
fixes throughout.
