Teumbak is an interval timer for Tabata, HIIT, home workouts and stretching. Set work time, rest time and rounds, then start. Save your usual settings as a preset and open the same routine for your next session.
Make each interval your own
Choose work, rest and preparation durations, then set your rounds. Give each preset a name and color. Build routines of up to 60 minutes including preparation, with no extra rest interval after the final round.
See your progress clearly
Read the remaining time, current phase and round at a glance. Choose audio cues and haptic feedback. Pause, resume or move to the next interval as you need.
Keep your routine on your device
Save up to 500 recent completed sessions. Export your presets, history and preferences as a JSON file, or reset local data in Settings. No registration or account connection is required.
A comfortable view
Choose nine languages and light or dark mode. The timer and local history work offline. Teumbak includes banner ads on the home or completion screen; ads are not displayed while a workout is preparing, running or paused. Ads and external support pages use an internet connection.
Audio and background behavior
With sound enabled, the native app plays interval cue audio. With sound disabled, the timer pauses when you leave the app. Cue playback may pause music from another app. Audio and vibration depend on your device settings and operating-system state; check them with a short timer before use. An active workout is not restored after the app process is terminated.
