For the past few YEARS, the app has hung at login requiring a cache clearing EVERY time I tried to use it. A month ago, it would let me login, but wouldn't load my account making me fear my coverage had lapsed. TODAY: all the buttons work except the one I need. Login. Sits there and does nothing, despite cache clearing. Completely and utterly unacceptable for YEARS now. Do better.

This app stopped working around 2019 - won't accept my login credentials. IBX has advised me to uninstall, then reinstall. This fixes the problem, until the next time I try to log on. I've gone through this process multiple times, and it's getting old. Can't even reset the password, because it asks me to answer a security question, without showing the question. I'm done with this app until they fix it. Update, 2024 - decided to give it another try. Still broken.

Per usual android version sucks or they don't focus on it. How is it I can sign into the website just fine yet I keep getting password or username error messages when signing into the app. There are issues submitting reimbursements for your spending account, you submit it & the app says submitted but stays on the same screen only for you to risk backing out & potentially canceling the submission. Then to see it indeed didn't submit. I was signed in using the biometrics & it randomly stopped..
