This app stopped working around 2019 - won't accept my login credentials. IBX has advised me to Uninstaller, then reinstall. This fixes the problem, until the next time I try to log on. I've gone through this process multiple times, and it's getting old. Can't even reset the password, because it asks me to answer a security question, without showing the question. I'm done with this app until they fix it.

Was once a helpfull reliable app. But it hasn't worked for me since jan 22. Just tried uninstalling and reinstalling for the 5th time in as many months. Disappointment.

Very useful in terms of tools and resources. Has made finding doctors, health tips, benefit usage and understanding of coverage very simple. My criticism is that the app can be very, very slow at times. Also I have to go to the online portal to take any actions at all with my HSA account. Lastly I think the app should be able to work with existing Samsung health trackers. I have a Samsung Note 9 and Samsung Gear S3 to track my exercise and daily steps. I want it to sync.
