For the past few YEARS, the app has hung at login requiring a cache clearing EVERY time I tried to use it. A month ago, it would let me login, but wouldn't load my account making me fear my coverage had lapsed. TODAY: all the buttons work except the one I need. Login. Sits there and does nothing, despite cache clearing. Completely and utterly unacceptable for YEARS now. Do better.

Per usual android version sucks or they don't focus on it. How is it I can sign into the website just fine yet I keep getting password or username error messages when signing into the app. There are issues submitting reimbursements for your spending account, you submit it & the app says submitted but stays on the same screen only for you to risk backing out & potentially canceling the submission. Then to see it indeed didn't submit. I was signed in using the biometrics & it randomly stopped..

The app does not even load. It refuses to save biometric login. Claim info and ID card requests are hidden. No access to pharmacy formulary or lab costs to budget expenses on the go. No quick link to virtual visit. The app makes being sick a nightmare of app bugs to unfold while not feeling well. Patients deserve better. It fails to do basic functions.
