App is rubbish. Suggests addresses so you input correct address and then change you to address and it amends your pick up address back to the original one. You want the train station and start typing in town and 'train' and it's the 4th or 5th option, doesn't think you might want the train station. Amend any details of time/date and it's resets the entire booking details. Be really aware when booking as I have had taxis start turning up straight away or taxis park up four doors down.

This app becomes worse and worse. Most of the times, the driver's location is not updated on the map. Some drivers are calling to ask where to pick me up from as it doesn't show on their map. Also it force closes at times. Please improve it.

App is pure garbage. Google Pay just errors, so you have to use a card. I pre-booked hours in advance to get to a hospital appointment, yet it didn't try to find me a driver until 10 mins before my pickup time. 7 mins after my pickup time, it was still looking for a driver. After I hit cancel, it then told me a driver was on the way but cancelled with no ability to choose otherwise despite showing options behind the cancelling message. Don't waste your time, just get an Uber like I had to.
