I couldn't find my child's pictures in the gallery. why it happened and how to fix it

i have 2 kids registered on the app. and everything was working properly until all of a sudden . the events on one kid profile disappeared and stopped working everything else is normal except for the events section for 1 of the 2 kids. intried everything but it just wont come back and it even stopped receiving any new events. the events on the second kid profile is working just fine.

All of a sudden my kid's gallery has been deleted despite stating the total number of photos, and the gallery's capacity has been decreased to 15 photos only. So whenever I receive new photos the old photos are deleted so the gallery could accommodate only 15 photos. I want my kid's lovely photos please help.
