*Edit for 2026* Well here we are in 2026 already and the app isn't working properly again I had a review in 2022. Now 4 years later and the app... surprise isn't working again, it seems like every time they do an update the app stops working. It stopped working 2 days before New Year's and didn't work again until January 3rd 2026. Right now it's been stuck on the blue screen that shows the app name for almost 10 minutes now.

It only partially works. It's so incomplete and buggy it should have never been released. The most you can do is read because the menus are all messed up, it doesn't save correctly, and you cannot download necessary attachments. Disgraceful.

it seems like it's always down I work in the field with special care people and I've got a constantly document everything I do and every time I turn around it's down.
