Love this app!!! Best part has to be that it's all backed by a qualified physio - makes me feel confident I'm doing the best for my body vs other running apps I've purchased. I personally find the app seamless to navigate on Android, love the easy to find layout and look too!

I love the concept of the app and how user-friendly it is for beginners like me. So far I've had no problems with the app and everything works perfectly. My only gripe is the cost of the subscription. If the yearly was $50 I think it would be an A1 deal.
