The Encompass app by ICE Mortgage Technology enables LOs to stay ahead of the competition with the ability to have the power of Encompass at their fingertips even at the soccer field. LOs can manage leads, convert leads to loans, manage their loan pipeline, and eSign documents and do so securely, wherever the Loan Officer chooses to work. By meeting the user where they are, LOs can do what they do best – sell and ultimately close loans more quickly.

What’s new

Normal View - Using the Normal View, you can search from every one of your leads to quickly find the one you're seeking.

Scenarios - On the Prospects page, you can now create up to 10 loan scenarios for a selected lead and share the loan scenarios with the lead via email. Leveraging ICE PPE, the loan scenarios allow prospective borrowers to examine and compare home financing options that are optimized for their specific circumstances.
