Ice Fishing: Bite Forecast is a practical planning tool for ice anglers. Check weather conditions, fishing activity forecasts, solunar periods, plan trips and keep a private catch log in one app.

Choose any location on the map and view the next seven days of weather, including pressure, temperature, wind and precipitation.

The app uses these conditions to provide a daily fishing activity forecast based on environmental factors commonly considered by anglers.

▸ HOURLY WEATHER
View hourly temperature, pressure and wind trends to help choose a suitable time for your fishing trip.

▸ LUNAR & SOLUNAR
Check moon phase, illumination and major and minor solunar periods for dates up to 30 days ahead.

▸ PRIVATE CATCH LOG
Record your catches with species, length, weight, location, date, time and notes.

Review your fishing history, including total catches, species recorded, longest catch and highest recorded weight.

Catch data is stored locally on your device.

Location access is optional and is used only to center the map and retrieve weather information for the selected area. You can also search for a city, lake or river manually.

The app uses Open-Meteo for weather information, Nominatim / OpenStreetMap for place-name lookup and Carto for map tiles.
