This app fails to do its only job. It doesn't notify when temps are hit unless the screen is on, and the app is actively open. It lags terribly, sometimes not updating temps for several minutes. It also shows different temperatures on the same screen. For example the graph might show the temp at 80 while the temp in the upper right is showing 65. I wish I knew this app was useless. I'm trashing the whole thing and going with something that's at least slightly reliable.

good device & app but could use some work. ISC.028.BW grill controller does well at low and slow. cannot move enough air to get temp up high on BGE. still need to just open vents wide. time intervals on the screen track seconds?! this makes them difficult to read & therefore useless in tracking time of the cook. overall, tool is great for low and slow.

I bought the LTC-318-W temperature and humidity controller. It failed to connect to my S20 Galaxy phone and reqired location data "so that it could obtain weather for my area". And they pinky promise not to share the data with anyone else. This makes no sense to me, they are just using your phone for data harvesting, so go right ahead if you want to but I will not. This app is trash and doesn't work. I can't even use the controller without the app, so I am returning it. What a waste of time.
