This review is based on my usage of the app with Inkbird's ITC-306A V4.0. Overall, I have no problems setting up this system with my aquarium. I have not had any problems setting up or monitoring the heater. The only suggestion I have is to add a feed mode where the heater is paused for a predetermined amount of time (for example, 10 minutes), so I can slow down my return pump while feeding, but I won't forget to turn things back on at the end.

the past couple months something has happened with the app . I have deleted the app and reloaded it but the same thing happens . the high temperature alarm floats with the high temperature setting . so the alarm setting for high temperature is whatever your high temperature is set at . the smart features were working fine where I could set a time for lights out and on temperature . this feature isn't working correctly anymore . I'm not sure they're providing support for this app any longer.

Keeps losing connection and saying device is offline, when I'm 40ft away from the kitchen in the family room. Very ANNOYING!!! I have to go back to the "home" screen and refresh the page few times to reconnect. Now, it says the case is online and connected but probe is offline and won't connect to case no matter how many times I reset the device. Horrible product and experience.
